I LOVE CANDLES offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. For security reasons we must have a signature at the time of delivery. All items purchased from I LOVE CANDLES are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

Avoid exposure to drafts. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Avoid placing candle next to curtains or similar movable flammable furniture. Caution, container may become hot. At the end of combustion a variable quantity of wax may remain. Always store the candle in a cool and dry place. Below 25 degree/c.
To avoid spillage, trim the wick shorter, as the wall of the candle become thin.

I LOVE CANDLES offers a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee on all of our products. If the product does not conform to our specification in any way, or is defective, please contact us on 0450 125 914 to arrange return shipping at our expense. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will accept the return, but return-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

| CANCELLATION OF ORDERS |
| To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to sales@ilovecandles.com.au .If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for an unwanted return will be followed (see refund policy above). |
